The angel thought of a four-letter word as she finally came back to consciousness.
Her head was pounding, her back felt like it was broken in at least 20 different places, and her jaw could hardly move. She heard voices around her, but she didn't dare open her eyes, it would probably bring more pain than what she was already in.
"Hey do you think she's okay? She's been out for a while.."
"Nah. She'll be fine, she'll come to eventually."
"Hah. Maybe she's like sleeping beauty and she'll wake up."
"Why don't you try and see?" the deeper voice said.
"No way! The king would have me killed if I did...."
"Geez, you're such a wimp..." He reached out to hit the other, but missed and hit the angel on her broken wing, which caused her to scream in pain and jump up. She opened her eyes to see the horror that was laying at her bedside.
There were two demons, with their mouths in a wiry grin and their devilish horns pointed straight towards her, looking down at her and looking as if they were ready
I love this damn woman. <3
I could feel like throwing in the towel and giving up on anything, but then I watch something with her in it and feel perfectly refreshed.
Maybe it's because we share the same birthday.
But Audrey Hepburn is one of my all-time favorite idols.
If I ever have a daughter, I might just call her that.
Ah, well... It's nice to dream. :<
"I believe in manicures. I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner.
I believe in kissing, kissing a lot.
I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles."
"For Attractive lips, speak words of kindness.
For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.
For beautiful hair, let a child run their fingers through it once a day.
For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.
People, more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms.
As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself and the other for helping others.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries or the way she combs her hair.
The beauty of a woman must be seen from in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides.
The beauty of a woman is not in a facial mode but the true beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It is the caring that she lovingly gives the passion that she shows. The beauty of a woman grows with the passing years."
